Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Boil cauliflower for 10 min in water (or steam it).
  2. In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs, with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Warm a pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  4. Add minced garlic, anchovies, chili powder.
  5. Make them brownish, add the cauliflower, sauté.
  6. Add the whisked eggs and stir.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

You can replace cauliflowers with spinach, endive, mushrooms, kale, greens.

Broccoli are not a good substitutions since they are too dry.
