Instructions
  1. Cook the onion in olive oil on medium-low heat
  2. Add in the sausage and mix
  3. As the sausage is not pink anymore, add the red wine and let evaporate
  4. Add the tomato puree and salt
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on medium-low for 35-40 min
  6. Incorporate the drained and rinsed beans and let it cook for 10-15 min on medium-high heat
  7. Serve

Recipe Notes

Use half of the olive oil if calories is your concern.

Try to add 1 tbsp of crème fraîche at the end to make it even thicker and more delicious!
