Instructions
  1. Warm olive oil in a pan
  2. Add onion, carrot, leek and stir until wilted
  3. Add meat and brown it
  4. Add red wine and let evaporate
  5. Add salt, pepper, and fennel seeds
  6. Steam/boil the green cabbage and remove the hard core (each leave should look like a butterfly at the end)
  7. Add meat mix to each leave and make dumplings
  8. Serve and enjoy!
