Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add the mango, olive oil, soy sauce, almonds, sweetener, salt, and black pepper
  2. Mash
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks and stir to coat them
  4. Cover the bowl and store in the fridge for 2 hours (max overnight)
  5. Transfer content in a baking tray
  6. Bake in a 180 °C / 355 °C oven for 45 min or until the chicken is cooked
  7. Serve or refrigerate until serving (I found out that colder it tastes better)

You can serve it with a salad on the side or with some mashed potatoes or oven baked fries.
