Ingredients

beef tallow
(any other fat will do)

Instructions
Cook the hamburgers in the fat
Cover with cheese and set aside
Don’t wash the pan!
In the remaining fat, roast two cloves of garlic (before doing this press the garlic to break it) until golden/brown
Add the peppers cut in strips
Cover the pan and stir it every now and then
When the peppers are softer, add olives and capers and stir
