Instructions
  1. Wash the endive with water and boil or steam for 2-5 min
  2. In a hot pan cook the hamburgers in olive oil then remove from pan (leave the grease/oil in)
  3. Add garlic, anchovies, and chili powder and stir
  4. When the garlic is brown, add the endive and the black olives
  5. Saute by stirring frequently
  6. Season with salt and black pepper
  7. Serve together with the burgers and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

This recipe is very low-carb so if you are not following a ketogenic diet, pair it with some potatoes or stuff this awesomeness in a burger bun with some cherry tomatoes.

For less fat and more protein, use leaner burgers.
