Ingredients
3
eggs
1
clove
garlic
2
tsp
olive oil
200
g
peeled tomatoes
200
g
cauliflower
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Boil/steam cauliflower and set aside
Add 2 tsp of olive oil to a warm pan over medium-high heat
Add 1 clove of garlic
When the garlic is brown, add the peeled tomatoes
Cook for 5 min (add water if dries up)
Add the cauliflower, season with salt, and stir
After 2 min, make “wells” in the sauce and crack 1 egg in each well
Cover and cook on medium-low until the eggs are done to your taste
Serve with black pepper and enjoy!

Sprinkle oregano on top
Top with cheese of your choice
