This pre-workout doesn’t require whey and uses dairy as the protein source.
If you need more protein, feel free to add a scoop of your favorite taste of whey protein powder.
I’d recommend either vanilla, chocolate, or peanut butter taste.
If you want to have a crunchier texture, add some walnuts or almonds at the end and blend for 2-5 seconds on medium setting.
