Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, chives and salt and pepper
Roughly chop the ham
Stir the ham through the egg mixture
Transfer the egg mixture to a small ovenproof dish that has enough depth to allow for the eggs rising
Cook at 170f for approximately 20 minutes until the eggs have set
