Baked eggs with ham and chives. Super quick and easy to make, goes really well with a mixed leaf salad and avocado.

- 4 Medium eggs
- 120 Gram Ham I used Roma
- 0.5 Tablespoon Chives Dried or Fresh
- 0.5 Teaspoon salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, chives and salt and pepper
- Roughly chop the ham
- Stir the ham through the egg mixture
- Transfer the egg mixture to a small ovenproof dish that has enough depth to allow for the eggs rising
- Cook at 170f for approximately 20 minutes until the eggs have set
