Yum Baked Eggs and Ham
Baked eggs with ham and chives. Super quick and easy to make, goes really well with a mixed leaf salad and avocado.

Instructions
  1. Whisk together the eggs, chives and salt and pepper
  2. Roughly chop the ham
  3. Stir the ham through the egg mixture
  4. Transfer the egg mixture to a small ovenproof dish that has enough depth to allow for the eggs rising
  5. Cook at 170f for approximately 20 minutes until the eggs have set
